- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
- In a bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, and honey. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour this mixture into the bottom of the prepared bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
- Pour batter over the pecan mixture in the bundt pan.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out
