Preparation Steps
Start by combining the yeast and milk in the bowl of an electric mixer with a dough hook attachment. Let it sit for about a minute, or until the yeast has dissolved. Add the flour, 1/3 cup sugar, salt, and eggs to the mixture. Mix on low speed for about a minute, or until the dough comes together. Continue mixing for another 2-3 minutes.

Gradually add butter, a few pieces at a time, ensuring each addition is fully incorporated into the dough before adding more. This process should take about 5 to 6 minutes, resulting in a soft, smooth dough.
Once your dough is ready, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate. The dough should rest for at least 6 hours, but no longer than 15 hours, to develop the right texture.
