Baking and Frosting

Bake your cake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, which should take about 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours. Once baked, cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

For the frosting, in a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, lime zest, and lime juice until smooth. Gradually add in the confectioners’ sugar and continue beating until you get a creamy frosting.
