Mix a scoop of the mixture with milk and butter heated to 50℃ in a separate bowl.
Combine the mixtures together, fold gently until smooth, then pour the batter into a mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 27-30 minutes.
Once baked, drop the mold from a height of about 15 cm onto a stand to prevent shrinkage, then let it cool upside down in the mold.
Once cool, remove from the mold and store in a plastic bag until ready to use.
