Now, dip these beauties into the beaten eggs. It’s bath time! And, after their little dive, coat them in breadcrumbs. Ensure they’re golden on all sides.

Heat up a pan with olive oil. You’ll know it’s ready when a pinch of breadcrumbs starts to bubble up. Lay down your patties and listen to that sizzle! Once they’re beautifully golden, place them on a plate with some paper towels to drain off any excess oil.
