Part 3: Assembling the Pie
Assembling the pie is the fun part! On a base of cooked potato slices, arrange the raw meatballs. Fill in the gaps with more potato slices, placed vertically. Pour the béchamel sauce over the top, and sprinkle on the grated emmental and cheddar cheese.
