To prepare the dish, start by slicing the baguette lengthwise, without cutting it all the way through. Spread the slices open to create a pocket for the filling.

Next, thinly slice the onion and the cooked potatoes, and cut the raclette cheese and ham slices into small pieces.

Layer the sliced onion, potatoes, and raclette cheese inside the opened baguette, alternating between the ingredients. Once the baguette is filled, place the slices of prosciutto and ham on top of the filling.
