Next, soak the rice vermicelli in hot water for about 5 minutes, then drain and cut them into smaller pieces. Add the vermicelli to the chicken and shrimp mixture, and mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Now it’s time to assemble the spring rolls. Dip a rice paper wrapper into warm water for a few seconds until it becomes soft and pliable. Lay it flat on a clean surface, then place a couple of tablespoons of the filling in the center. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly, like a burrito.

Repeat this process with the remaining wrappers and filling, and you’ll have a plate full of delicious spring rolls ready to be enjoyed!
