Now that we have all the ingredients, let’s get started with the preparation. First, clean and peel the vegetables, then cut them into small pieces. In a large pot, melt the butter and sauté the chopped vegetables for a few minutes.

Next, add the fish stock and water to the pot, then bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, heat the remaining butter in a separate pan and cook the scallops and shrimps until they are golden brown.

After the vegetables have simmered, puree them using a hand blender or in a regular blender until the mixture is smooth. Return the pureed vegetables to the pot and stir in the cream. Season with salt and white pepper, then add the cooked scallops and shrimps to the pot.
