Step 3: Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll out the dough into 1/8 inch thickness. Cut out a round shape with your desired size.
Step 4: Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the meat mixture in the centre and fold over the dough using the meat pie cutter or you can fold and use a fork to seal the edge.
Step 5: Poke the pies with a fork to create a steam outlet, brush the pies with beaten egg, place in the baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
