Method:
Making the dough
Step 1: In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Step 2: Add butter and rub it with flour until you get a crumbly texture.
Step 3: Beat 2 eggs and add it to the flour mixture, mix until dough is formed. Cover and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to rest.

Making the filling
Step 1: In a large pan heat oil, add onions and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
Step 2: Add the ground meat and fry for 4-5 minutes, add the diced carrot, potatoes, seasoning, thyme and water, leave to cook for 5 minutes then add in flour (already mixed with little water) to thicken the sauce. Set aside and allow to cool.
