Step 2 – Papillote Preparation
– Take 4 sheets of parchment paper, 25 by 20 cm. Fold the longer sides like a garland, then tie the two ends with string to form a boat.
– Cut the radishes into quarters.
– Place the broccolini and radishes at the bottom of the papillote. Then, add the salmon on top, drizzle with olive oil, and season with sea salt and pepper.

Step 3 – The Honey Condiment
– In a bowl, mix the olive oil and garlic. Add the honey and mustard, then season with sea salt and pepper. Pour this over the papillote.
