INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
– 4 skinless salmon fillets (120 g each)
– 250 g of steamed broccolini
– 12 radishes with a bit of stem left
– 1 yellow lemon
– Olive oil
– Sea salt and pepper
– For the honey condiment:
– 100 g of olive oil
– 1 peeled and grated garlic clove
– 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
– 2 tbsp of liquid honey
