2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.

3. Whisk the egg yolks with 150g of sugar until fluffy. Then, stir in the flour and starch until fully combined.
4. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
