Timeless Southern Peach Cobbler

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix the sliced peaches, 1/4 cup sugar, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Let sit to absorb the flavors while you prepare the batter.
