1. In a saucepan, mix the milk, egg yolks, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
2. Once the mixture thickens, remove from heat and stir in the butter, cake cream, vanilla extract, and chocolate. Mix until the chocolate is completely melted.
3. Pour the cream into cups or dessert glasses, alternating with layers of Savoiardi or cocoa biscuits.
4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
