Black Forest Trifle: A Decadent Twist

**Step 1 – Chocolate Biscuit:**
1. Preheat the oven to 210°C.
2. Grease a silicone rimmed baking sheet with a brush and place it onto a baking tray.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, whole eggs, and 135g of granulated sugar until pale and creamy. Add the flour and cocoa powder, and fold gently.
4. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the egg whites with 85g of granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
5. Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Pour the batter onto the greased sheet and level it out. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
