Tourte au Confit de Canard et Foie Gras

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Start by laying one of the puff pastry sheets in a pie dish.
  3. Evenly distribute the pieces of duck confit and foie gras on top of the pastry.
  4. Place the second puff pastry sheet over the filling and seal the edges.
  5. Brush the surface with the egg yolk for a beautiful golden finish.
  6. Make a few incisions on the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pie is beautifully golden brown.
