Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C).
- Start by laying one of the puff pastry sheets in a pie dish.
- Evenly distribute the pieces of duck confit and foie gras on top of the pastry.
- Place the second puff pastry sheet over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush the surface with the egg yolk for a beautiful golden finish.
- Make a few incisions on the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pie is beautifully golden brown.
