Preparing Your Garlic Butter Mushrooms
Heat olive oil in a small pan on the stove top until hot but not smoking. Add the sliced mushrooms and mix to ensure they’re well coated with the olive oil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Next, stir in the garlic powder and black pepper. You can also add any of the optional herbs or chili flakes at this point for an extra kick. Continue to cook for another 2 or 3 minutes until the mushrooms start to brown nicely.
