FOURTH PROCESS (Chicken Samosa Wrap)

  1. Brush in oil into the pan.
  2. Pour the flour batter (on a medium heat) allow it to get done for 1 min then spread it on a board.
  3. Cut the wrap into halves, fold from one side to give a triangle shape, close up from the other side with the glue mixture (cornflour).
  4. At this point, you already have a triangle shape wrap, add the chicken sauce in the middle (in between the wrap), press it down gently to tighten it, then apply the glue mixture on the edges and cover up.
  5. Heat oil and fry till golden brown.
