5. Take ⅔ of the dough, roll it out into a 25×40 cm rectangle. Roll the dough into a log and cut into pieces. Place these in a prepared baking pan.

6. Repeat the process with the remaining ⅓ of dough for smaller buns.

7. Let the buns rest for another hour.

8. Brush each bun with egg wash before baking.

9. Bake at 180C/350F for 25-30 minutes. For smaller buns, 20 minutes should suffice.
