Crockpot Marry Me Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 – 2 pounds chicken tenderloins
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 3 TBSP cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 5 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 TBSP Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 4 TBSP butter
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- In the crockpot, add chicken tenderloins, heavy cream, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, butter, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix together chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth. Pour over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
To Serve:
Serve over rice and top with additional Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
