- Crush the dough and shape with a rolling pin until round. It can be with all the dough or cut it in half and make 2 small pizzas like I do in the video.
- Finish forming the pizza in the pan, forming a thicker edge with your finger so that the sauce and cheese do not escape. Underneath, put a mini drizzle of oil. If your pan tends to stick, don’t forget the oil.
