Julien Duboué’s Easy-Peasy and Wallet-Friendly Sardine Rillettes

Although perfect for those evening get-togethers, you can savor this dish whenever the craving hits. It’s quick, simple, and oh-so-affordable. A treat, indeed!

Ingredients:

– 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon of tarama
– 1 tablespoon of grainy mustard
– 1 crushed garlic clove
– 1 teaspoon of Espelette pepper
– A pinch of grated ginger
– 5g of chopped chives
– Some chopped preserved lemon
– Juice of half a lemon
– 1 can of sardines
