Ingredients for 2 Heartwarming Pies:
– 2 frozen 9-inch pie crusts
– 1 tbsp of butter
– 1 lb lean ground beef
– ½ chopped red bell pepper
– ½ chopped green bell pepper
– ½ cup frozen corn
– ½ cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
– 1 small chopped white onion
– 2/3 cup ketchup
– ½ cup chili sauce
– 2 tbsp relish
– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
– 2 tbsp Tex-Mex seasoning
– 1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (for topping)
