Ingredients

– 2 lb (908 gr) lean ground turkey
– 1/2 cup (125 ml) panko breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
– 2 large eggs, whisked
– 2 tsp (10 ml) dried parsley
– 2 tbsp (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tbsp (30 ml) ketchup
– 1 1/4 tsp (6.25 ml) salt
– 1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) black pepper
– 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
– 1 tsp (5 ml) onion powder

For the Sauce:

– 1/2 cup (125 ml) ketchup or barbecue sauce, I like to go half-and-half!
– 2 tbsp (30 ml) brown sugar
