Preparation:
1. The night before you bake, mix the yeast with warm water. Gradually add in the flour and salt. Stir until you get a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it dream in your fridge overnight.

2. The next day, fire up your oven to 465°F (240°C) and place an empty Dutch oven (or any oven-proof pot) inside.
3. Carefully turn out your dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a bread loaf using the folding technique.

4. Place the dough, seam side down, into the hot Dutch oven. Dust it with a pinch of flour and make a few cuts on the surface. This will ensure your bread blooms beautifully in the oven.
5. Bake for 45 minutes at 465°F (240°C) and then, with the heat off, let it sit inside for an additional 15 minutes.
