Crispy and Delicious Fried Panzerotti Recipe

  1. In a small bowl, crumble the yeast and dissolve it in 50ml of water. Add the sugar and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, semola flour, and a pinch of salt. Add the yeast mixture and 250ml of water. Knead the dough until it is smooth, then cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 2 hours.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into small disks.
