Crispy Potatoes, Caramelized Onions, and Savory Smoked Polish Sausage

1.Preparing the Ingredients:
Peel and thinly slice the large potatoes.
Thinly slice the large onion.
Slice the smoked Polish sausage into rounds.

Next, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or bacon grease in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced potatoes and sauté until they are golden brown and crispy. This should take about 10-15 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set them aside.
