Place the cooked ground beef and bacon pieces in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread them out evenly.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, salt, and black pepper. Stir in half of the shredded Cheddar cheese. Pour this mixture over the ground beef and bacon in the baking dish.
