Chicken and Dumplings Casserole Recipe

Who doesn’t love a comforting dish of chicken and dumplings? While the traditional version with big fluffy dumplings cooked on top is always delicious, I recently stumbled upon a chicken and dumpling casserole recipe that has completely blown me away. It’s quick, it’s easy, and most importantly, it’s absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
– Pulled chicken from a rotisserie chicken (no skin)
– 1 stick of butter, melted
– 1 cup milk
– 1 cup self-rising flour (must be self-rising)
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
– Salt and pepper to taste
