Pecan Pie Brownies

There’s no doubt that pecan pie is a Thanksgiving essential. But this year, I decided to switch things up and try something new after the success of my Pecan Pie Cake Roll. Introducing the Pecan Pie Brownies – a decadent combination of everyone’s favorite part of pecan pie, the gooey, nutty filling, baked on top of rich, fudgy chocolate brownies. Trust me, these brownies are out of this world!
Ingredients:
– 1 box Brownie mix (must have instructions for making in a 13×9 pan) + ingredients listed on the package
Pecan Pie Filling:
– 1 cup Sugar
– 1 1/2 cups Light Corn syrup
– 4 Eggs
– 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
– 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
– 2 cups Pecans, roughly chopped
