Perfect Grilled Herb and Lemon Salmon

1. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped thyme, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure to coat the salmon evenly. Let it marinate for 30 minutes, turning the fillets once or twice to ensure they are fully coated.

3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent the salmon from sticking.

4. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down. Discard any remaining marinade. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.

5. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon slices, if desired.
