1. Start by cooking the broccoli until it’s tender, then chop it finely.
2. In a skillet, cook the sausages until they’re browned and fully cooked, then slice them.
3. Roll out one puff pastry sheet and cut it into a Christmas tree shape.
4. Transfer the puff pastry tree onto a lined baking sheet.
5. Spread the cooked broccoli and sausages over the puff pastry tree, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
6. Roll out the second puff pastry sheet and cut it into a matching Christmas tree shape. Place it on top of the filling-covered tree.
