Lemon-Infused White Chocolate Cheesecake

Once the cheesecake is done baking, allow it to cool completely before chilling it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

Before serving, I recommend topping each slice with raspberry jam for an extra pop of flavor.
