– 2 bay leaves
– 1 teaspoon of black pepper
– A pinch of salt and nutmeg
– 600g of mixed soup greens (carrots, parsley, celeriac, leek)
– 2 onions
– 1 slice of beef thigh (approx. 750g)
– 250g of noodles or soup noodles (e.g. small pasta shells)
– 1 bunch of chives
