1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Roll out the pastry and use it to line a tart tin, then prick the bottom with a fork.
3. Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, then set it aside and let it cool.

4. In a bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the cooked bacon.
5. Pour the bacon and egg mixture into the pastry case.

6. Cut the Camembert into slices and arrange them over the top of the tart.
7. Bake the tart in the preheated oven for around 30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is set. Bon appétit!
