1. Start by lining the slow cooker with parchment paper.
2. Place the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, baker’s chocolate, and peanut butter in the slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
4. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the unsalted and salted peanuts.
5. Using a spoon, drop the mixture onto the lined parchment paper in small clusters.
6. Allow the bonbons to cool and set at room temperature for at least 2 hours or until firm.
7. Once set, transfer the bonbons to an airtight container and store at room temperature.
