Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the peppers. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the meat is cooked through.
