Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, diced onions, minced garlic, egg, and half of the can of diced tomatoes. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

Carefully stuff each pepper with the meat mixture, packing it in tightly. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix the remaining diced tomatoes with the vegetable broth, tomato paste, and paprika. Pour this mixture over the stuffed peppers in the baking dish.
