Country-style Potato and Bacon Stew

Today, I have a classic and hearty recipe for all the potato lovers out there – Ragoût de pommes de terre au lard, or Potato and Bacon Stew. This dish is perfect for those cozy nights when you want something comforting and delicious. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:
– 2.2 lbs of stew potatoes
– 2 large slices of smoked bacon, cut into beautiful lardons
– 1 roughly chopped onion
– 2 cups of chicken broth
– 1 generous tablespoon of flour
– 1 sprig of fresh thyme
– Parsley
– A pinch of salt and pepper (just a little, because the bacon and chicken broth already have salt)
