1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once it’s done, drain it and return it to the pot.

2. Peel and finely slice a clove of garlic, then add it to the cooked pasta.
3. Pour the oil from the sardines over the pasta. If you like, you can also add some fresh basil or a dollop of pesto for extra flavor.
