6. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a baking stone or an inverted baking sheet in the oven to heat up.
7. Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air and shape it into a loaf.
8. Place the loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
9. Using a sharp knife, make a few shallow slashes on top of the loaf.
10. Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
