1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, olive oil, yeast, and salt.
2. Gradually add the warm water and mix until a smooth and homogenous dough forms.
3. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour; if it’s too dry, add a little water.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes elastic and no longer sticks to the bowl.
5. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until it has doubled in size.
