Return the crispy tofu to the skillet and pour the sauce over it. Gently toss the tofu and veggies in the sauce until everything is well coated.

Let the tofu sauté for a few more minutes in the sauce until it’s heated through and the flavors have melded together.
Serve the sautéed tofu over rice or noodles, garnished with chopped cilantro.
