Sizzling Tofu with Sweet Chili

1. Start by pressing the tofu to remove excess water and cut into bite-sized pieces.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the chili sauce, maple syrup, and soy sauce. Set aside.

3. Heat some oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, then add the tofu and cook until all sides are crispy and golden brown.
