Farmhouse Tartiflette Recipe

Preheat your oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Boil them in salted water for 10 minutes.
2. While the potatoes are cooking, sauté the bacon and minced onions in a pan.
3. Drain the potatoes and layer them on the bottom of a gratin dish.
4. Spread half of the bacon and onions over the potatoes, then add a layer of reblochon cheese sliced over the top.
5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
6. Pour the heavy cream on top.
7. Bake for 25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.

This tartiflette takes about 20 minutes to prepare and 35 minutes to cook, for a total of 55 minutes. It serves 4 people and each serving has about 620 calories. Enjoy this hearty and delicious dish with your family and friends!
