2. Add the egg, butter, warm milk, dry milk powder, the remaining sugar, and salt to the bowl. Stir until well-combined.
3. Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until a dough forms.
4. Turn the dough over on a flat working surface and knead for 10-15 minutes until smooth and elastic.
5. Lightly oil a large bowl and place the dough in it. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour until double in size.
6. Gently deflate the dough, divide it into 20 pieces, and roll each piece into a smooth ball.
