*ingredients:

•6 cups cinnamon raisin bread cubes (about 8-10 slices)

•4 large eggs

•2 cups of milk

•1 cup heavy cream

•3/4 cup granulated sugar

•1 teaspoon vanilla

•1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with butter or cooking spray.Place the cinnamon-raisin bread cubes in the prepared baking dish, spreading them evenly.
