Delicious and Easy 5-Ingredient Ground Beef Casserole

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook the ground beef, drain the grease, and add it to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the can of cream of mushroom and cream of cheddar cheese soup to the bowl.
  4. Add the frozen cubed potatoes to the bowl.
  5. Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl.
  6. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then mix everything together.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased 9″ x 13″ casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover with tin foil.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, then carefully remove the tin foil. Continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
